M-Brace Orthodontics was created in 2009, and has three specialist treatment centres in the South of Scotland where all of our patients can enjoy the highest quality treatment and attention available.
We have treated many satisfied patients of all ages, helping them to achieve improved dental health, beautiful new smiles and increased confidence.
Specialist Orthodontic Care
Your treatment is under the direct supervision of Specialist Orthodontist Dr. R R Mahesh.
A Specialist Orthodontist first qualifies as a dentist, but then studies for an additional three years of post-graduate training in orthodontics that allows them to diagnose and treat complex and challenging orthodontic cases, using a wide variety of treatments.
This includes the ability to correct a patient’s jaws to ensure they are in alignment with the facial profile. At M-Brace we only provide orthodontic treatment, therefore we have the specialist experience and qualifications to advise on the best course of treatment for adults, teens and children.

As leading professionals, we are up-to-date with all the current advances in the field of orthodontics and are able to provide the latest technology in treatment. We have many years experience treating patients using traditional metal and clear braces, comfortable self-ligating bracket systems that use sliding wires, almost invisible Invisalign clear aligners, and discreet lingual fixed appliances that are placed behind the teeth.

In our commitment to use the latest orthodontic technology we have an iTero 3D intra-oral digital scanner which greatly improves patient comfort and efficiency of treatment.

• If during your treatment you would prefer to just relax, catch up with the latest Love Island, or if you just can’t miss what’s happening at Murrayfield, we have TV displays mounted flush in the ceiling so you can spend your treatment time watching the things you enjoy. Letting your kids’ watch their favourite cartoons during treatment may be a welcome distraction for them, too.
